I offer real estate and architecture design consultancy to individuals and organizations. My services are tailored to meet your specific needs and to empower you to make better informed decisions.
Each change in your housing situation involves numerous decisions across different levels, each carrying both short-term and long-term implications. It is a complex project involving different areas of expertise with different professions, and at the same time it is very personal, with not only technical, financial and legal dependencies.
I’m here to help you to navigate the complex world of renting, buying, renovating and building. My aim is to help you achieve your goals efficiently, cost-effectively, and with minimal hassle. As an independent expert, I provide neutral advice. You have the flexibility to choose the level of support that suits you best, whether it’s a one-time consultation or ongoing mentoring until your objectives are met.
Each client and project is unique. Typical projects are creating a strategy for purchasing property, renovating or building. The exact scope depends on your needs, and may focus on technical, process or organizational topics, but as well on personal considerations, evaluating options, aligning different stakeholders’ point of views etc.
Examples:
- looking for a specific property to move in by a certain time
- evaluating your options (is renting any good, would it be better to buy, would it be better to move to the countryside,…)
- how do your current housing preferences or decisions impact long term
- which renovations options do I have and how to plan it
- how to plan to build a house, also taking into account long term plans of the house
- reviewing your renovation or construction project, lay out design,…
- how to orient in the Czech market, which are the options, which professions to involve,…
- creating order in chaos and keeping track of your project

Though my methodology can be applied to projects anywhere, the largest added value I can offer for properties located in the Czech Republic.
How does it work
1. Contact me on [email protected] with a description of your project, issue, doubts, or whatever you want support with. I love to help people with their real estate struggles, so I am looking forward to your hearing about what you’d want some help on.
2. I will get back to you within 48h with a proposal (which approach I propose, in case you’re not sure on which level of support, I’ll propose several options).
3. We will agree the approach, scope & time frame and payment conditions.
4. Realizing your project 😊.

The DIY level is ideal for you if you want some guidance, input on your ideas or if you are considering several options, if you are planning a project in future and want to get prepared, if you need some structure or a strategy, but don’t need (yet) more detailed guidance.
The standard option level is for project which need time and you prefer to have my support available over time. Depending on your needs it could be for example 6 months, but it also can be more intense, or spread over a longer time.
Especially for larger projects such as a complete renovation or construction project, the high level support option is advised. The longer and more complex a project, the more likely compromises tend to be made, because of decision tiredness, too busy, just want to have it finished. I can be the extra pair of eyes and keep you accountable to limit such situations (by preparation and guidance and accountability).
Additional services
- site visit / meeting - services are online by default, in person support can be agreed depending on time and location constraints (both for a consultancy meeting as an onsite visit) for an extra fee depending on the situation (travel time & cost)
- additional property review - in addition to property reviews agreed during the scope of consultancy services
Scope
In any project might be the need to involve relevant professionals such as a structural engineer, chartered architect, lawyer,... Depending on your project I will inform you about typical professionals involved.
Languages
Consultancy services can be provided in English, Czech, Dutch/Flemish.
